The Perfect Destination for the Curious
Brush Ranch’s 35 acres offer a perfect destination for outdoor adventurers. Located just below the headwaters of the legendary Pecos River, we offer an extraordinary and unique opportunity for the fly-fishing enthusiast.
Our professional guides have intimate knowledge of the area. Using a guide makes your life easy. They provide rods, waders, flies, tippet, and leaders. They know the seasons, hatches, and best techniques, and they have a willingness to share their knowledge to help their clients to become improved anglers. We also offer instructional clinics on our pond. If you plan to fish, you will need a valid NM fishing license. You can purchase your NM fishing license online or at one of several vendors such as Wal-Mart, K-Mart, or Big 5 Sporting Goods.
Hikers will love exploring the many hiking trails that wind their way around the property. We are close to Iron Gate, ancestral site trails, and other well-known hiking trails in the Santa Fe National Forest. There are endless options around the property that provide open spaces for stargazing or camping. Try tree reveling or schedule time on our ropes course. You can even grab a metal detector and look for relics from Civil War battles fought in the canyon. The 35 acres are all yours to explore, open only to your group while you’re here.
